Use this free site to manage your exercise routine and track your progress.


Define your own workout sessions with various exercises in muscle groups or sets.


Once you've set up your workout sessions, click 'Workout' to automatically get the next workout in your cycle. The system will choose three sets in a way that ensures equal work over time, then randomly choose three exercises from each set for a total of nine exercises per workout.


Future updates may allow you to change the number of sets or exercises per set, and to set whether each should be cycled, random or manually selected.
